NOTES:
1. The Company has begun production of Soft Gelatine Capsules in its Unit IV at Baddi. The commercial production is expected to commence by August 2007. 2. The Company is going to launch a new division for marketing of medical devices and equipments. 3. During the quarter under review, the turnover of the Company grew by 32.68% and profit before tax grew by 26.87% as compaired to the same period in the previous year. 4. The Company is exclusively in Pharmaceutical business segment. 5.Investor Complaints for the quarter: Opening - Nil, Received -2, Redressed - 2, Closing Balance - Nil 6. The above results were reviewed by the audit committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30.07.2007.
