1.The commercial production of soft gelatine capsule at company's Unit IV at Baddi (H.P.) has commenced. 2. During the quarter under review, the Income of the company has grown by 35% and Profit before tax has shown an increase of 15% as compared to the same period in the previous year. 3.The company is exclusively in the pharamaceutical business segment only. 4.Information on investor's Complaints for the quarter: Opening: nil, Received: 6, Pending:Nil 5. The above results were taken on record by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 29th October 2007
